Tour Details

On this 9 (nine) days tour, you will have a chance to reach out to our Lord, while laughing and crying on the steps to Cross Mountain, climbing Apparition Hill, and experiencing the glory of St. James Church and its beautiful surroundings. If the visionaries are available, you will have the opportunity to meet them, be present at their talks, or even at an Apparition of Our Lady Queen of Peace.

Every evening join the daily prayer program at St. James church with confession, Rosary prayer,Holy Mass and blessing of the seek and religious items.

As well visit by guide the Medjugorje Castle. This medieval-looking structure was built sometime in the 1990's It is a retreat center built by Patrick and Nancy, free of charge to visiting priests, women religious, seminarians, and college students on a pilgrimage to Medjugorje.

You will also visit Mother’s Village that was evolved out of the need for protection and care for the children who were wounded by the loss of their homes and parental care during and after the war. The Mothers Village was founded by father Slavko Barbaric whom was the parish priest in the time of the first Apparitions.

Assistance for visit “Cenacolo” Community which was founded in Saluzzo (Italy) by Sr. Elvira Petrozzi in 1983, in order to help drug addicts. The main goal of the community is to discover and to live true values of Christian life.
Have a beautiful prayer moment at The Oasis of Peace, which is a contemplative community situated at the base of Apparition Hill and living by Divine Providence. They have Perpetual Eucharistic Adoration and when I was there, their chapel is open to the public from 9 am - 12noon.  Here I reproduce with permission a most interesting talk given by one of the community in June 2003, in two parts, firstly the introduction, followed by the talk itself.

Let us help you experience it the best way and return home with a beautiful heart.

Day 1 -7 Upon arrival at the Airport, your driver will then depart for a 2 1/2 hour drive along the beautiful Adriatic Coast by private motor coach to the village of Medjugorje. Here, you will meet the host families and settle in their home in whose modern and comfortable house you will be staying for the following week. (B.D)

In Medjugorje, you may follow the group program or select to be on your own. Each day (in the language of your choice) you are welcome to join in the celebration of the Eucharist and attend talks, concerning our Blessed Mother's messages with Priests, Visionaries, nuns and others, visit to Cenacolo at the Hamlet of Bijakovici, where local craftsmen and artisans give testimony to Our Lady's work in their lives.

You will visit Bijakovici to see the visionaries and their homes, and to meditate at the Blue Cross Mountain. Morning climbs will be scheduled for our groups for Podbrdo Mountain (Apparition hill) and Krizevac Mountain (Cross mountain). Your guide will accompany you as you follow the same path up Apparition Hill where the young visionaries first encountered Our Lady. As you climb, you can see the inspired artistry of the bronze plaques depicting each mystery of the rosary and touch and pray before the cross that commemorates the spot where Mary appeared to the visionaries. In 1933, the villagers built a thirty-foot cross at Cross Mountain, to commemorate the 1900 year anniversary of Christ's crucifixion.

Each evening you are welcome to join the other pilgrims and the parish community of St. James Church for the recitation of the Rosary, the celebration of the Eucharist, and prayers for the sick. On alternative evenings you will have the opportunity to attend the Holy Hour of Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament or Veneration of the Cross.

Early afternoon talks are often held in the green tents or at the rotunda-circular podium stage at the back of St. James Church. Sometimes they are scheduled in the evening and at the last minute, so always listen for the announcements after the morning and evening Mass. Changes to schedules may be announced also.

Day 8 Departure to Dubrovnik with sightseeing of "The Pearl of the Adriatic". If available, guests can enjoy a Mass celebration with your own priest at the cathedral St. Blaze. After Mass, there is a walking tour by professional guide through the lovely old town and the ancient cobblestone streets.

Enjoy a guided tour of Dubrovnik Although severely damaged by an earthquake in 1667, Dubrovnik managed to preserve its beautiful Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque churches, monasteries, palaces and fountains. Damaged again in the 1990s by armed conflict, it is now the focus of a major restoration program coordinated by #UNESCO where also filming of the games of thrones was held.

The relaxed Traveler is a Happy Traveler!
The happiest travelers are the most relaxed travelers, and those that go abroad with an open mind to see and experience new things. Try to accept what the day offers with an open mind. Try to remember that no one has brought the rain just to spite them; no one has deliberately caused the plane or the bus to be late to frustrate them.

A smile and a sense of humor is contagious, try it!

Any foreign travel is more enjoyable and worthwhile if one is prepared to travel with a pleasant tolerance of customs, philosophy and schedules, acceptance of the ways of people in foreign lands, their standards, cuisine, services and degrees of cordiality. Very pleasant visit

Everything is according to the contract and very punctual. The truth is that we had doubts about traveling to Medjugorje for the first time with two little kids, but we had a very pleasant surprise, everything was excellent at the hotel with employees who were very kind to the children, as well as the transfers to the airport and the guide. Thank you for making our visit to Medjugorje very pleasant. I definitely recommend their services.
